Click here to learn more… A loft house is prefabricated in church parking lots in the US and assembled in Mexico in a day. Though not luxurious by any definition, a loft house gives some basic protection and shelter from the elements. A loft house is a 12-foot by 12-foot structure with 4 windows, a lockable door and a second story attic loft for sleeping that is reached by an interior ladder.Click here to learn more… Your church or organization can host the prefabrication of loft house panels in your parking lot. With skilled leadership, construction of these simply designed panels requires only basic skills on the part of work teams.Click here to learn more… On a separate weekend from the pre-fab build, a team of 12 to 25 people assemble the lofthouse, in the area of Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico. Charges for accommodations and meals are $20 per adult, $10 for children 10 and under, children under 3 are free. A family rate is available for one household families for $60.Click here to learn more… Rancho Casitas is a rustic camp, about 18 miles southeast of Ensenada. Guests reach the ranch by a 9-mile rough dirt road off the main highway that leaves Ensenada to the south (road conditions prohibit low clearance vehicles). Work teams stay in loft houses, like the ones they build for Mexican families.
