PASTOR MANUEL SANTIAGO & RAMONA:

Pastor Manuel came from the state of Oaxaca. He has been a pastor since 2004 after attending the Bible Institute of Ensenada. His church is in El Zorrillo where many loft houses have been built for migrants from southern Mexico. Pastor Manuel also plays a vital role in choosing loft house recipients and following up on their physical and spiritual needs. He and Ramona have 2 small children, Jose Manuel and Ismael and live behind the church. He is supported through Hands of Mercy by Red Mountain church in Arizona.
